The Resolve™ is designed to promote a stable seating posture. The lateral adductors and the medial thigh abductor support the patient’s lower limbs and the anti-thrust wedge prevents the user from slipping forward. Framed with a sturdy layer of plastazote to ensure stability, the Resolve™ cushion is made of soft memory foam and urethane that provide exceptional support and comfort. Lateral pelvic supports can be added as an option to facilitate thigh alignment and prevent pelvic rotation.

High-quality and stylish slip covers
Two types of covers are available with the Resolve™ cushions:
- Stretch cover – Made with a breathable fabric that promotes a good air flow, this cover can receive different positional components and helps eliminate the formation of surface tension.
- Waterproof cover – Helps with managing incontinence by protecting the cushion against fluids. Fluid-resistant and easy to wipe and clean.
Incontinence Inner Covers
One incontinence cover is available with our Resolve™ cushions:
- Transparent cover with velcro – Simple and efficient, an impermeable film envelops the cushion and is sealed with a velcro fastener.
